Kramer Tire Company was founded on March 15, 1954 at 1312 Monticello Avenue in downtown Norfolk. Since that time Kramer Tire Company has expanded, we now have 20 retail locations, a retread plant, a wholesale division, two Truck Tire Centers, two warehouses, and an administrative building.
